1. Introduction

Welcome to World Class Pesticides Store ("we", "our", "us", "the Store"). By accessing or purchasing from our website https://agro.wc-its.com, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). Please read these terms carefully before placing any order.

We are engaged in the sale of regulated agricultural inputs including pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and other agrochemical products, duly licensed under applicable Indian law, including the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the rules thereunder.

2. Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance

All agrochemical products listed on our website are regulated under the Insecticides Act, 1968, the Pesticides Management Bill, and other applicable Indian central and state laws. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All products must be used strictly in accordance with the label instructions and dosage recommendations provided on the product packaging.
• Customers are solely responsible for the safe storage, handling, application, and disposal of all purchased products in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Products must be kept out of reach of children and animals and away from food, feed, and water sources at all times.
• The use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as recommended on product labels is mandatory during application.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and central regulations regarding the purchase, storage, use, and disposal of agrochemicals.
• We do not guarantee crop yield, pest control efficacy, or any specific agricultural outcome. Results may vary depending on soil conditions, pest resistance, climate, application practices, and other agronomic factors.
• Products are sold only to persons who confirm they are of legal age and are authorized to purchase regulated agrochemicals.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the regulated and hazardous nature of agrochemical products and in compliance with applicable safety regulations, our return and refund policy is strictly as follows:

3.2 Eligible Returns (Sealed/Unopened Products)

Returns are accepted only for sealed and completely unopened products under the following conditions:

• A return request is raised within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery.
• The product is in its original, factory-sealed condition with all original packaging, labels, seals, and batch/manufacturing details intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (order number and/or invoice) is provided along with the return request.
• The return is on grounds of: manufacturing defect, visible damage upon delivery (documented with photographic evidence), incorrect product shipped, or product not as described on the website.

To initiate a return, email us at agro@wc-its.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

3.3 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and verification of the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product dispatched).
• Reverse shipping costs for eligible returns will be borne by World Class Pesticides Store.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Standard delivery is fulfilled within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery location.
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak agricultural seasons, public holidays, or due to logistical constraints or force majeure events beyond our control.
• We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. Remote, hilly, or restricted areas may have extended delivery timelines or additional shipping charges.
• In the event of non-delivery, customers must raise a complaint within 15 calendar days from the expected delivery date as communicated at the time of dispatch. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
• Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery as confirmed by the logistics partner.
• Order tracking details will be shared via registered email/SMS after dispatch.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. Orders are processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
• We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and other payment methods made available on the website from time to time.
• In case of payment failure, customers should contact their bank or payment service provider. Do not retry payments without confirmation to avoid duplicate charges.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, unverifiable payment, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be initiated for such cancellations.

6. Limitation of Liability

World Class Pesticides Store shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss, injury, illness, or damage (to persons, animals, crops, or property) resulting from misuse, incorrect application, improper storage, or failure to follow label instructions of any purchased product.
• Crop failure, damage, loss of yield, or any agricultural or financial losses arising from the use or misuse of our products.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of products sold on our platform.
• Delays in delivery due to force majeure events including natural disasters, floods, strikes, government actions, restrictions, or carrier/logistics failures.
• Technical errors, unauthorized access, service interruptions, or downtime of the website or third-party payment systems.

Our aggregate liability in any case shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific product(s) in question.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or in connection with these terms, or your use of our website or products, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through written communication within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), or to the competent civil court in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, at our discretion.

8. Amendments to These Terms

World Class Pesticides Store reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
